  [Explanation] Jianzhan, the representative of black porcelain, is one of the eight famous porcelains in the Song Dynasty and a product of China's National Geographical Indication.

In May 2011, the firing technique of Jianyao Jianzhan was approved by the State Council and included in the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

Liu Yiling is a Taiwanese teacher at Huaqiao University. She graduated with a Ph.D. from the School of International Relations of Peking University.

This time, she and her husband came to Jianyang from Quanzhou, hoping to take this opportunity to learn about and experience the craftsmanship of Jianzhan closely.

  [Explanation] The cup is born from the tea, and the tea is wonderful because of the cup. In the Song Dynasty, ordering tea was a unique way of drinking tea. like snow.

In recent years, ordering tea has become a common practice in Jianyang, and it has been integrated and developed with Jianzhan culture.

The tea-ordering culture is exquisite and elegant, and the process is complicated. Under the leadership of the teachers, many young people in Taiwan are eager to try it.

  Including saying that when I go back to chat with my family or my friends, I would actually hope that they can come and experience some traditional cultures on the mainland through exchange activities, because in my mind, I think this This kind of traditional culture is a very beautiful thing.   Many Taiwanese youths have participated in our tea-ordering experience, helping us to continue to carry forward and inherit our tea-ordering and pot-building skills.

  [Explanation] At the event that day, the awarding ceremony of the Fujian Provincial Exchange Base with Taiwan was also held, and Jianyang Jianzhan Cultural and Creative Park was awarded the Fujian Provincial Exchange Base with Taiwan.

The organizer hopes to use this cultural festival to use Jianzhan as a cultural link to enhance the exchanges between young people on both sides of the strait, and at the same time to show the unique cultural and artistic charm of Jianzhan, and to promote the integration and development of the two sides of the strait.
