According to the WeChat official account of the Sichuan Health and Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on May 21, there were 12 new local confirmed cases in Sichuan (in Guang'an, 3 of which were previously reported asymptomatic infections). 35 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (1 in Leshan and 34 in Guang'an), no new imported confirmed cases, 3 new cases of imported asymptomatic infections (in Chengdu), and new cured cases There was 1 discharged case, no new suspected cases, and no new deaths.
As of 24:00 on May 21, there were 3 medium-risk areas in the province (as shown in the figure below), and the rest of the province were all low-risk areas.
Details are as follows:
12 new local confirmed cases (in Guang'an):
3 cases were confirmed asymptomatic infections previously reported in Guang'an City;
9 cases were found by screening in Linshui County, Guang'an City;
Both were diagnosed on May 21.
35 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (1 in Leshan and 34 in Guang'an):
1 case is a close contact of an asymptomatic infected person in Leshan City;
34 cases were found by screening in Linshui County, Guang'an City;
All were diagnosed with asymptomatic infection on May 21.
3 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (in Chengdu):
1 case arrived in Chengdu by plane from Taiwan, China on May 16 for quarantine;
1 case arrived in Chengdu by flight from the Netherlands on May 17 for isolation;
1 case arrived in Shanghai from Denmark on May 4, and arrived in Chengdu on May 20 after the centralized quarantine was lifted;
All were diagnosed with asymptomatic infection on May 21.
