After investigation, Li (male, 26 years old) and Ou Mou (male, 24 years old) forged materials such as receipt certificates from other provinces and cities, certificates of leaving Shanghai, and sold them for profit through Internet self-media platforms.
A few days ago, the police have arrested the two people and seized the forged receipt certificates from other provinces, cities and regions, certificates of leaving Shanghai and other items involved in the case.
At present, the four persons who illegally purchased documents have implemented control measures as soon as possible, and the case is under further investigation.
