Two and a half years after the start of the pandemic, North Korea is finally breaking its silence: the North Korean regime has just recognized that it too is facing a galloping spread of the virus on its territory, with to date 2 million cases have been identified, in a country lacking a subsistence minimum and which has refused the vaccines offered by the Covax system of the UN.
