Editor's note:

Every Chinese who works hard to live is the most beautiful struggler.

It is precisely because of hundreds of millions of strugglers that China is today.

For ten years, pay tribute to every struggle of you.

Let us work together to forge ahead in the new era, and work hard towards the future.

If there is a dream in our heart, whether it is a cliff or a mountain, there is no reason to prevent us from pursuing the dream.

From "little silversmith" to voice anchor, 43-year-old Wang Shilei "takes dreams as horses" to achieve self-transcendence.

Born in Zhao County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Wang Shilei was obsessed with reading since he was a child.

However, because of his livelihood, after graduating from secondary school in 1999, he first worked everywhere, and later opened a small shop selling silver jewelry in the county town, becoming a "little silversmith".

With the solution of livelihood problems and the rise of the mobile Internet, Wang Shilei, who was unwilling to give up his dream, tried to publish his recitation works on social platforms since 2016. His unique voice attracted the attention of fans.

At the recommendation of a friend, Wang Shilei officially entered the audio anchor industry and slowly gained a firm foothold.

So far, Wang Shilei has recorded thirteen novels, six collections of essays and social science publications, and acted as a narrator in three children's radio dramas.

The audio anchor has not only become Wang Shilei's first career, but also serves as a tutor in the "Reading Salon" class of Zhaoxian Middle School, doing what he likes.
