Goodbye, my friend..Adel Imam mourns Samir Sabri

The great Egyptian artist, Adel Imam, mourned the death of his friend, the artist Samir Sabry, who died today, Friday, at the age of 85, after a struggle with illness.

And Adel Al-Imam, through his official account on the "Instagram" website, published a picture of the late artist, Samir Sabry,


commenting on it: "Farewell to the great artist Samir Sabry... Goodbye, my friend, may God have mercy on him and forgive him and enter him into your vast gardens."

The great Egyptian artist, Samir Sabry, died today, Friday, inside a hotel in the capital, Cairo, at the age of 86.

Local media reported that Samir Sabry's death came after a struggle with heart disease, as the late had entered a hospital in the Mohandessin region in mid-February, and people close to him reported that he was suffering from a problem with the "mitral valve", and at the time had a heart catheterization.


It is noteworthy that the last appearance of the late artist on the screen was through the series “Valentino” with the star Adel Imam, which was shown during the Ramadan drama season before the last, and during the past few years, he also participated in several films, including “Dido”, starring Karim Fahmy, Bayoumi Fouad and Ahmed Fathi. And Mohamed Tharwat, and “Mohamed Hussein” with the star Mohamed Saad, and “Al-Mashakhati Part Two” with the artist Tamer Abdel Moneim.

On February 26, the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, issued a decision to treat artist Samir Sabry at the state's expense, following a health crisis that the latter suffered.
