[Explanation] As a demonstration area for the construction of common prosperity, while promoting the common prosperity policy to shorten the gap between the rich and the poor, how can Zhejiang also shorten the gap between the "poor" and "rich" of the masses at the level of spiritual civilization?

On May 19, Ningbo Zhenhai District held the 2022 New Era Civilization Practice Volunteer Service Project Competition. 31 volunteer teams from different industries gathered together to promote spiritual civilization and common prosperity through keynote speeches and expert suggestions. It provides a feasible idea of "leading the masses with team volunteers".

[Explanation] During the competition, the young volunteers from the "Yellow Backpack" Volunteer Association of Jiulong Lake, Zhenhai, Ningbo attracted the attention of many people.

Qin Hongbo is the initiator of this environmental protection volunteer team.

She told reporters that the original intention of doing this was to better protect the environment of her hometown.

Now the noisy factories have disappeared, and the tourism industry in my hometown is becoming more and more popular. Volunteer service is driving more people to contribute to common prosperity by means of spiritual civilization construction.

There is a lot of white garbage on the trail, so I just want to protect our original intention of Jiulong Lake.

There is a slogan "Beautiful Jiulong Lake, we will protect it", (because of) such a slogan, this "yellow backpack" volunteer service team was established.

It has been nine years since its establishment. Many (people) are our old team members, and there are children. Some (team members) will also bring children to participate, so we later set up a "yellow backpack". Little Angel Squad".

It used to be the villagers next to us. When we first went (volunteering), they would not understand. They said that these people had nothing to do when they were full, so they went up the mountain to pick up garbage, but after a few years (hard work) Down, they (also) slowly understood.

Homestays are open, souvenirs are bought, wallets are bulging, and life has definitely improved.

[Commentary] As one of the few foreign volunteers in this event, Helena seemed a little nervous.

She is a member of the Red Peony International Painting and Calligraphy Exchange. In the past eight years, out of her love for Chinese culture, she has often traveled back and forth between China and Latvia, her motherland, bringing traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy to the world.

The first time I came to China was in 2012, when I was studying at Ningbo University.

It was a student's life then, and now my life has changed a lot, it's completely different.

I was originally interested in Chinese culture and liked it here.

It is fast-paced, crowded and lively. All the Chinese people (meeting) are very warm and friendly, and I especially like the nature around Ningbo.

When I went back to (Latvia), I also held a (cultural) event there, and my (Latvian friend) liked it very much. Later, they (they) called me to say, when will you do the event next time, I said I'm not in Latvia anymore (laughs).

[Explanation] There are more than 13,000 international cultural volunteers like Helena in the Red Peony Calligraphy and Painting International Exchange.

They come from 170 countries, and together they have created an effective volunteer service path to promote Chinese culture.

The person who brought them together is called Jiang Hongsheng. Since the establishment of the exchange in 2012, with the successful experience of "using flowers as a medium" to carry out cultural communication in the international community, Jiang Hongsheng hopes to be able to transfer more from the international community in the next stage. Bring your eyes back to the domestic villages and realize the "common prosperity" of international cultural exchanges.

By painting peonies, we also have the opportunity to take international friends into various (village) areas to (witness) the development and changes of the new countryside.

We also realized that if we really want to paint a picture of the common prosperity of the countryside, or other pictures, we need to combine the local villagers and their interests and hobbies.

(Through hobbies) it can show the achievements of spiritual wealth, then he will have a kind of self-realization, this sense of spiritual gain is (to) adapt to local conditions, each village has the characteristics of each village, and then we let International friends participate together and conduct live broadcasts. This is to truly expand the aspect of common prosperity.
