Qiu Tenghua pointed out that on the one hand, the meeting will discuss how to maintain the international multilateral trading system and promote free trade, and on the other hand, how to promote the regional economy during and after the epidemic.
Hong Kong is still very economically dynamic, he said.
Taking last year as an example, even in the midst of the epidemic, Hong Kong's economic and trade status has improved, and its overall trade volume has risen from the eighth place in the world to the sixth place.
