An American has eaten a McDonald's meal daily for 50 years, more than 32,000 "Big Mac"

An American, Donald Gorsky, has been eating a meal from the famous fast food restaurant "McDonald's" every day for 50 years.

Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper said that Gorsky, 68, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, broke the record after he completed 50 years of eating his first Big Mac on May 17, 1972.

Earlier, Groske had set a Guinness record in 1999, after eating the largest number of "Big Mac" meals, which reached 15,490, and then broke that record with another, reaching 32,340, in August the past.

Gorsky stated that he has not missed a meal from "McDonald's" over the past 50 years, except in only eight days in the 50 years, stressing that he has counted every Big Mac meal he has eaten throughout his life.

And the fast-food chain McDonald's announced today, Thursday, that it will leave the Russian market "permanently".

An official statement from the company stated: “After more than 30 years of operation in the country, McDonald's announces its exit from the Russian market, and the company announced that it has started the process of selling its Russian projects to a local company.

As a result of leaving Russia, the company expects to incur losses of 1.2-1.4 billion dollars, due to the write-off of net investments in this market and significant losses from foreign currency conversion.
