Kuwait: Court of Cassation upholds execution of his friend's killer in Jahra
The Kuwaiti Court of Cassation upheld the death sentence against the murderer of his friend by burning in Jahra, and rejected his appeal before the court, asking for a commutation of the sentence against him.
The accused had given a drug cigarette to the victim, to faint, then in the car, where he set fire to the car while he was inside, in retaliation for a dispute between them.
