The JR Yamanote Line has been suspended from driving on all inner and outer loops from around 8:11 am due to the effects of a personal injury that occurred at Ebisu Station.
The Saikyo Line is also suspended for all lines
Also, due to this influence, the Saikyo Line is also suspending operation on all lines.
According to JR East, the operation is expected to resume around 9:10 am.
