Mali's decision to withdraw from the G5 Sahel was announced on the evening of May 15 in a press release by the Malian transitional authorities.

In question, the fact that Mali has still not been authorized to take the rotating presidency of the organization, while this should have been the case since last February.

Is France maneuvering as Bamako denounces?
