The Al Ain region in Abu Dhabi has also been registered as a World Heritage Site, and includes six oases and archaeological sites such as Bida Bint Saud, Jebel Hafeet and Hili. All of these ancient sites bear witness to the continuous human habitation in this desert region since the Neolithic era, with its traces of many cultures. It goes back to prehistoric times.

The winner of the first place receives the title of the millionth poet, in addition to the hair brigade and five million dirhams, while the second-place winner gets four million dirhams, the third gets three million dirhams, the fourth gets two million dirhams, the fifth gets one million dirhams, and the sixth gets 600 thousand dirhams.

From its launch until its tenth season in 2022, the program contributed to providing the media with the opportunity to appear in the initial 100 list, for more than 1,050 poets out of more than 15,000 poets interviewed by the jury directly in its preliminary rounds, and 480 poets presented more than 1,370 poems during the broadcast. Live on Al Raha Beach Theater between a main poem or a matching poem, through 151 live broadcast episodes.

This success also motivated the launch of a similar program for eloquent poetry, "The Prince of Poets".

As part of the interest in Emirati authenticity, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, directed the establishment of a committee for the management of cultural and heritage festivals and programs in Abu Dhabi, to supervise heritage events.
