I watched the trailer over a dozen times.
But the words I heard from my daughter saying how much she loved the movie and how much Riley [Lisa Marie Presley's daughter Keough] will like it when she sees it brought tears to my eyes,” a- she said in an Instagram post with the trailer for the biopic starring Austin Butler, Tom Hanks and Olivia DeJonge.
She also said that she "relived every moment of the film" and that it took her "several days to overcome her emotions".
The film in theaters in France on June 22
Last week, Priscilla Presley had already spoken about the film, just after attending it.
In a long message posted on Facebook, she praised not only the qualities of the footage, but above all the performance of Austin Butler, whom she found impeccable in the role of Elvis Presley.
“Bravo to him… He knew he had big shoes to fill.
He was extremely nervous about playing this role.
I put myself in his shoes,” she wrote.
