Pusong Township, Nimu County, Lhasa City, Tibet is known as the "Hometown of Sculpture". Half of the families in the township are engaged in carving and printing prayer flags.

In 2009, the Pusong carving technique was listed as an intangible cultural heritage of the Tibet Autonomous Region.

It is reported that the carving artists of the Treasure Carving Handicraft Farmers and Herdsmen Professional Cooperative in Nimu County combine their traditional folk carving art with modern carving art. Tourism cultural and creative products.
