The longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the world will open in the Czech Republic on Friday, with a length of 721 meters, a width of 1.2 meters, and a height of 95 meters above sea level.

The so-called "Sky Bridge" connects the peaks of the Jinsky Mountains in the tourist resort of Dolín in the Czech Bohemia region. The new bridge surpasses the 516-meter-long Arauca pedestrian bridge in Portugal, which held the title of the longest bridge in the world and was opened on April 29 April 2021.

The bridge provides a unique experience for walking amid the picturesque nature of Mount Kirliky Sneznik, located 200 kilometers east of the capital Prague, and is separated by only a few meters from the Skywalk, a famous wooden spiral path with a height of 55 meters, and extends over the Malinsky Stream Valley;

A link between two mountain chains, the valley is located between them.
