  In order to enable citizens who have been assigned red and yellow codes to clearly understand the reasons for the code assignment, the Shanghai Municipal Prevention and Control Office, the Municipal Health and Health Commission, and the Municipal Big Data Center jointly conducted research and adopted the mobile terminal pop-up window of "accompany the application" to proactively inform The reasons for assigning red and yellow codes will ease the doubts of citizens about assigning codes, and at the same time, they will also inform the corresponding prevention and control management requirements and measures, and indicate the channels for objection and appeal.
