To limit the mess, the city of Nice also recommends "limiting travel, carpooling and promoting teleworking as soon as possible" in the sector.
Public transport highly recommended
For those who will have to reach the areas concerned, the municipality “strongly advises to use public transport” whose frequency and routes have been adapted.
For road users, please note that a traffic plan adapted to the simultaneous organization of these "three major events" has been put in place.
The crossing of Arboras, that of Barraques, rue Mimoun, boulevard des Jardiniers, part of avenues Pierre-de-Coubertin and Simone-Veil will be closed from 4 p.m.
To get to Saint-Isidore, and therefore reach Ikea and the stadium, motorists "are invited to take exit 51 of the A8 motorway" or from Nice, take Boulevard de Mercantour then Avenue Auguste Vérola , says the city.
