"Nerd and Superwoman"

The screenwriter and one of the producers of the comedy Botan and the Superwoman is Ilya Kulikov, who worked on the projects of the Policeman from Rublyovka franchise.

The cast also connects the new tape with the sensational film series: the main roles were played by Roman Popov and Sofia Kashtanova.

This time they played the scientist Ivan and the android girl Lina.

A shy man pretends to be his wife at a class meeting, but it soon turns out that Lina is a special development for warfare, which is being hunted by foreign intelligence services.

According to Ilya Kulikov, it was the acting duet that inspired him to write this script.

“In life, Sonia is calm, thoughtful, decent, not emotionally reactive, but at the same time with the same sense of humor as the heroine of the film - tied to sarcasm and irony.

And Roma, on the contrary, is very expressive.

And I decided that it would be cool to make from Sony not a person without emotions, but a robot, and from Roma - the one who built this robot, ”says Kulikov.

"Marusya Foreva!"

A young bachelor, nicknamed the Indian, is used to a cheerful and carefree life.

Everything changes dramatically when he finds out that he has a five-year-old daughter, Marusya.

The hero does not want to take on the upbringing of the child and doubts his paternity, but eventually becomes attached to the girl.

Alexander Galibin, who shot the tapes "Sister" and "My Terrible Sister", was responsible for staging the picture.

According to him, modern children's cinema is very sugary, and children in such projects are not treated as individuals.

In his new film, the director sought to show that "children's cinema is the way to the little man."

The roles were played by Kuzma Saprykin (“Anna Nikolaevna Project”), Sofia Petrova (“My Terrible Sister”), Sofia Priss (“Silver Skates”), Kirill Kaganovich (“What's My Name”) and others.

"Mystery of the Amulet"

The main characters of the adventure family tape "The Secret of the Amulet" are three young people.

One day, they encounter an ancient magical creature that turns them into children.

Friends will have to find a way to their dreams, as well as get an amulet that can grant wishes.

The artifact is in the hands of the local mayor, who uses it for personal gain.

The film was presented at the international festival Sochi Film Festival and won in the category "Best Children's Fairy Tale".

"Flashback" (Memory)

The roles in the thriller Flashback were played by Liam Neeson, Monica Bellucci, Guy Pearce and other actors, and the director was Martin Campbell, who worked on the films Casino Royale, Green Lantern, The Foreigner and The Mask of Zorro.

In the center of the plot is an experienced killer Alex Lewis (Neson).

On the next assignment, he realizes that he was ordered a teenager.

The hero refuses to kill and starts looking for the people who hired him.

In parallel, Lewis begins to have memory problems, and he has to question his every action.

According to The Washington Post columnist Michael O'Sullivan, "Flashback" lacks depth, but it has "something that gives familiar events a bittersweet aftertaste that sticks in the memory."

“It’s all about how the film intertwines the moral uncertainty and regret of a man who is already too late to fix the past, but who may still have time to correct the future, even when the law cannot do it,” the film critic writes.

The plot is based on the novel De zaak Alzheimer ("The Case of Alzheimer") by the Belgian writer Jef Gerarts.

"Hive" (Hive)

The drama film The Hive directed by Blerta Bascolli was presented in the World Cinema program of the Sundance Film Festival and won three awards - the Grand Prix, the Audience Award, and a statuette for directing.

This is the first time that the main awards of the review go to a film made in Albanian.

The film tells about a resident of Kosovo, Fahria.

Her husband goes missing during the war in the late 1990s, after which the woman has to support the family herself.

Despite the condemnation of the patriarchal society, she opens a business and tries to attract widowed neighbors to it.

The plot is based on real events.

Fakhriye Hoti personally spoke to Blert Basholli about her feelings.

According to the director, in her film she sought not only to tell the story of a woman, but also to convey to the audience her inner strength.

The film has been in the making for ten years.

During this time, Basholli was able to trace how society is changing.

According to her, Fahriye's success has changed the worldview of her compatriots - now the cases when Kosovo women run a business no longer seem so strange.
