Aichi Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that 3,000 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
A total of 500,955 people have been confirmed to be infected in Aichi Prefecture.
The city of Nagoya also announced that one infected person had died.
The number of infected people who died in Aichi prefecture is 2033.
