China News Service, May 9 (Xinhua) The Chaoyang Branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau issued a briefing on the WeChat public account on May 9, saying that a confirmed case in Beijing had been placed on criminal record for concealing the itinerary.

According to the report, after receiving clues from the epidemic prevention department, during the investigation of risk personnel Li Moumou (male, 69 years old), the person did not truthfully reflect his personal itinerary.

After police investigation, on May 2, Li Moumou went to Fangshan District to have dinner with friends.

On May 4, the Beijing Health Treasure pop-up window reminded that it is related to the epidemic risk area, location, and personnel in time and space, and risk investigation needs to be carried out.

Community staff verified their phone calls and face-to-face verification that Li Moumou concealed his trip to Fangshan.

On May 5, he also went to several stalls in the market for shopping.

The person's behavior of concealing the itinerary resulted in the relevant risk personnel and points not being included in effective management and control in a timely manner.

On May 6, Li Moumou and one of his relatives were diagnosed.

At present, more than 10 risk points involved in Li Moumou have been closed and 17 close contacts have been quarantined.

On May 8, Chaoyang Public Security Bureau opened a criminal investigation against Li Moumou according to law.

Police remind: In the face of the epidemic, everyone is a line of defense, and prevention and control barriers need to be built together.

In the process of risk investigation, flow investigation and traceability, relevant personnel should truthfully report their personal itinerary, contact history and health status, which is both a personal responsibility and a legal obligation.

The police will resolutely crack down on acts of concealment and false reporting in accordance with the law.
