China News Service, Jinzhong, May 8 (Reporter Lu Qiguo) On May 8, the rescue of the fly ash warehouse dumping accident of Wanbao Delong New Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Yuci District, Jinzhong District, Shanxi entered the third day.

In order to find the last trapped worker as soon as possible, several loaders at the scene were transporting the fly ash of the enterprise, and two local fire rescue personnel were staring at the loader bucket all the time.

At about 11:00 on May 7, rescuers found the sixth trapped worker in the accident, and the search and rescue of the last trapped worker continued.

On the morning of the 8th, on the east and south sides of Montblanc Delong New Building Materials Co., Ltd., the engines of loaders and excavators roared.

Yang Ying, deputy head of the Jinzhong Fire Rescue Detachment and head of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Headquarters, introduced that at present, the screening work faces are carried out simultaneously on the east and south sides of the enterprise. The fly ash from above is transported westward.

Meanwhile, 30 other firefighters manually screened the site for fly ash.

"Firefighters are now in 2 people and 1 group, and they are staring at a loader together." Su Bo, the instructor of the Coking Road Fire Station of the Fire Rescue Brigade in Yuci District, introduced that the division of labor of each group of firefighters is clear: one person sits in the cab to observe, 1 person stood on the ground to observe.

Tian Jun, the squad leader of the third class of the Coking Road Fire Station, has rich rescue experience. He found the fourth rescued worker in this accident in the fly ash pile.

On the 8th, he sometimes stood on the ground to direct the loader operation, and sometimes replaced with teammates in the same group, sitting in the loader cab to observe.

Every time the fly ash is dumped, the loader needs to raise the bucket and turn it down slowly, so that firefighters can observe it.

"We must not only observe the loader's bucket to shovel the fly ash, but also observe the bucket to dump the fly ash." Tian Jun said that every time the loader shovels up the fly ash, they have to observe whether the bucket touches the Buried workers; when pouring out the fly ash, they should instruct the driver to lift the bucket to the highest level, and then slowly turn the bucket down, backing up as they fall, to ensure that there are no trapped workers in the fallen fly ash .

Jinzhong City Fire and Rescue Detachment full-time headquarters is still on-site commanding search and rescue.
