We live today in rapid technological breakthroughs, and successive waves of information and data that transcend the borders of geography, to reach all parts of the earth, and which require good qualification to deal with them, so that we can walk in their passengers.

The truth is that our wise leadership has placed on top of its priorities a serious dealing with the tremendous technical development, which results every day with new in the fields of science, knowledge and the various arts of life. At a time when many governments are still suffering under the weight of traditional work.

We are proud of the great technical transformation in all areas of life, and at all levels of government work. We are facing an urgent need to graduate generations capable of dealing with this great development, so that the role of our educational institutions in building and qualifying these generations, enabling them to deal with the changes of the times, and the requirements of the economy knowledge, and successive technological developments.

Yes, we were pioneers in introducing the “smart learning” model, and the “Corona” pandemic proved our superiority in this aspect, as studies were not disrupted in our educational facilities during this pandemic, thanks to the application of the smart learning model, while other countries were unable to continue education, due to their delay in The application of modern technology in its educational system.

The efforts of the Ministry of Education, too, to create a kind of competition among students in the areas of innovation, through some competitive events, including the National Science, Technology and Innovation Festival, cannot be ignored.

But it is not only to benefit from technology in continuing the educational process, nor in a number of competitive activities in the field of innovation, but we need from our educational institutions what is beyond that, as we need qualified and trained cadres to deal with modern technology in practical life , and this requires that there be a two-pronged educational plan: the first is the expansion of technical education, so as to increase the share of the technical curricula prescribed for students, whether in schools or universities, and the second is the establishment of partnerships between educational institutions and private entities specialized in the field of technology, so that these partnerships focus To train and qualify students practically within the private entities, which creates a kind of bridging the gap between the outputs of education and the labor market, as well as strengthening the “entrepreneur industry”.

Our educational programs and curricula must be more advanced and “dynamic”, providing students with educational doses that are consistent with the spirit and requirements of the age, and enhance students’ ambition, innovation and creative thinking to deal with any future changes, as it is not hidden from anyone today that successive assertions about the disappearance of dozens of jobs and the emergence of new jobs.
