Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 7th that 141 new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
This brings the total number of confirmed infections to 84,717.
There was no announcement of the deceased.
So far, 372 people have died in Nara Prefecture.
There are two seriously ill people, the same as on the 6th.
