After two years of the Covid-19 pandemic, the French are rediscovering the pleasure of travelling.

You still have to have the means!

The health crisis has in particular plunged many young people into precariousness and going on vacation has a significant cost.

Are you between 18 and 25 years old?

There is a plan to help you finance a few days of relaxation.

Eight years ago, the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (Ancv) set up (with the support of the ministry in charge of tourism), a program called “Departure 6:25 pm”.

At stake: an aid of 250 euros.

20 Minutes

explains how to benefit from it.

Who can claim these 250 euros to go on vacation?

This financial boost is exclusively intended for young people aged 18 to 25 who reside in France and whose reference tax income is less than 17,280 euros per year.

Students on scholarships, apprentices, volunteers in civic service (or those who completed their mission less than a year ago), young people enrolled in a second chance school, beneficiaries of the youth guarantee as well as people followed by child welfare may also claim it.

To find out if you are eligible, you can do an online simulation on the dedicated website, depart1825.com.

What destinations are offered?

The maximum ceiling is 250 euros and the remainder payable by the beneficiary must be at least 50 euros.

Financial assistance is deducted directly at the time of booking.

The beneficiary of the holiday voucher can choose between three options: going to the sea, to the mountains or to a European capital, and this, winter and summer thanks to partner hotels and accommodation providers.

In total, nearly 10,000 destinations are offered throughout the year.
