How can we improve the efficiency of working from home?

Recently, a survey of 1,504 respondents conducted by the Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily and the questionnaire network (wenjuan.com) showed that 69.9% of the respondents suggested improving time planning ability and self-control to improve the efficiency of working from home. , 62.9% of the respondents suggested to try to keep the same time as going to work.

  Among the respondents, the post-00s accounted for 18.6%, the post-90s accounted for 49.4%, the post-80s accounted for 26.5%, the post-70s accounted for 4.7%, and the post-60s accounted for 0.9%.

  The data shows that 35.0% of the respondents feel that the work efficiency of home office is higher than that of offline office, 42.8% of the respondents feel that the efficiency has decreased, and 22.3% of the respondents feel that there is no change.

  Zeng Li's main job is to communicate with people through the office phone. During his stay at home, the lack of an office phone brought some trouble to his work.

  Feng Nan, who works in an Internet company in Beijing, said that since the epidemic prevention and control, he has had several experiences of working from home, and the company also allows employees to bring their work computers home.

Feng Nan felt that working from home often made him feel less about getting off work. "In the past, leaving the company meant getting off work, and you could get away from work.   Xiao Zou, who works in an advertising company in Shanghai, feels that although his work can be done online, he will also encounter some difficulties in the process of working from home.

  In addition, Xiao Zou feels that if he lacks a certain degree of self-control, he may eat irregularly during home office.

"When I work in the company, I will go to dinner with everyone when it's lunch time. But when I work from home, I may keep doing it because my work is not finished, and I miss the meal time."

  Regarding the inconvenience of working from home, 55.3% of the respondents think that the boundaries between work and life are blurred, and 53.7% of the respondents think that work is easily disturbed.

Others include: decreased communication efficiency with colleagues (52.5%), insufficient office hardware facilities (51.8%), prone to procrastination and laziness (43.2%) and lack of team atmosphere (32.3%).

  Feng Nan feels that working from home also needs to change the way the team communicates. Too much or too little frequency of meetings and contacts is not good.
