  According to the report, on April 26, the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau immediately organized the relevant district market supervision bureaus to carry out verification and disposal after learning that some citizens reported that there were quality problems in the meals of Tongji University (the salted pork was suspected to have parasite eggs).

  On the afternoon of April 26, the market supervision department inspected the raw material warehouse, operation room, catering room and other places of the canteen of Tongji University (Siping Road Campus). Parasites and eggs.

At the same time, the market supervision department conducted a random inspection of the reserved products of the raw material manufacturers of salted pork, and found no unqualified indicators.

  During the investigation, the market supervision department found that Shanghai Lianxin Food Co., Ltd., the supplier of salted pork, was suspected of illegal activities such as operating bulk food without obtaining the "bulk food sales" business project, and had filed an investigation against it; it was found that Shanghai Lianxin Food Co., Ltd. The supplier of salted pork, Mao Moumou, is suspected of engaging in illegal activities in food business without permission, and an investigation has been filed against him; it was found that Shanghai Jingnian Food Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of salted pork, was suspected of falsely marking the production date and failing to record production records. Other violations have been investigated.

  The market supervision department has required dining units to strengthen the food safety management of canteens and implement the main responsibility for food safety.
