(Fighting against New Coronary Pneumonia) Three brothers and sisters on the battlefield of Jilin's anti-epidemic: looking forward to the reunion dinner

China News Service, Jilin, May 3 (Reporter Shi Hongyu) After working in the anti-epidemic post for two consecutive months, Jing Chunhui has not yet seen his brother and sister.

On the 3rd, 25 checkpoints in and out of Jilin City were still operating efficiently. He was in charge of patrols and reinforcements, and urged colleagues to wear protective equipment.

Jing Chunhui reminded the young colleagues to stand on duty to ensure that the supply vehicles entered and exited the city in an orderly manner.

As a policeman of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Jilin Traffic Control Detachment, the 50-year-old is a "senior".

After two months, the current round of the epidemic in Jilin City came to the eve of victory, and there were no new local confirmed cases for four consecutive days.

But Jing Chunhui and his colleagues still work more than 12 hours a day: "heating in the car and standing guard outside".

Jing Chunhui's first "battlefield" was located at the Vanke Songhua Lake card point. On the first day, he worked for 15 consecutive hours and persuaded 87 people to return.

After the end of his duty, he went back and forth to the urban area to temporarily persuade him to return to his post, highway checkpoints, and office stations, supervising and inspecting the work of on-duty clothing, sanitation and disinfecting, and internal prevention and control.

Jing Chunhui said that when he returned to the station to rest and read WeChat, he learned that the 48-year-old sister Jing Chunjuan, as a teacher, took the initiative to work at the community checkpoint, undertaking investigation, persuasion, assistance, nucleic acid testing and maintenance.

"She also took pictures of her hands being frozen and swollen."

The two brothers and sisters have almost the same working hours. The two told each other to pay attention to protection and blood pressure problems, and also arranged to have a reunion dinner when the epidemic dissipated.

The third brother, Jing Chunlei, as the head of the Hadawan Police Station of Changyi Public Security Bureau, rarely answers on WeChat.

"I also saw in the news that the jurisdiction that my brother is in charge of is considered a 'severe disaster area'." When the epidemic was serious, Jing Chunhui sweated for his brother.

There are many old communities within the jurisdiction of this police station, and every work such as community management and control, police stationing, security precautions, internal epidemic prevention and control, and logistical support cannot go wrong.

During the static management of the city, Jing Chunhui saw in his brother's circle of friends that he was organizing the police to deliver food to the elderly living alone.

Jing Chunhui passed by the police station many times, hoping to see his younger brother, but he never got his wish.

He said, "My brother's phone is always busy, and the circle of friends forwards the latest official announcement."

"Home" is the emotional bond between the three brothers and sisters.

Although they are fighting on the front line, they are all thinking about their octogenarian parents.

They set the reunion dinner at their parents' house, and the time was set after the city was completely unblocked.

"This reunion is about to come true," Jing Chunhui said.
