As Russia continues to invade Ukraine, efforts are being made to sell Ukrainian ingredients at restaurants run by Russian women living in Hyogo Prefecture and their husbands, and to use part of the sales to support those who have fled Ukraine. Was done.

This initiative was carried out by a Russian woman living in Minamiawaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, and a Japanese husband who serve homemade Russian food such as piroshki and beef stroganoff using a kitchen car.

The two people who appeal for the anti-war will also sell pickles and zucchini made in Ukraine, and will donate a part of the sales to those who have evacuated from Ukraine.

On the 3rd, I visited a tourist facility in Minamiawaji City, which is crowded with Golden Week holidays, and called for cooperation while saying, "Please support Ukraine."

A man who visited from Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture and purchased a sauce made from Ukrainian mushrooms said, "It's a very good initiative and I hope it will help as much as possible."

A Russian woman who worked on it said, "It doesn't matter what nationality you are, because you hate war and want to help Ukrainians in difficult situations. I want to tell you that we all support them."

The two will continue to travel around Awaji Island, calling for cooperation to help those displaced from Ukraine.
