The government had announced that it could welcome 100,000 refugees, but with 25,000 arrivals to date, the country's capacities are already almost at saturation point.

However, there is no question of limiting arrivals, according to the government.

All solutions are being studied to find places, from the requisition of tourist accommodation, to financial assistance for host families.

In the upcoming education reforms, volunteering will also be taken into account in the secondary school leaving examination.
