On April 29, the Sichuan Fire Rescue Corps carried out the 2022 earthquake rescue pulling drill in Ganzi Prefecture, Panzhihua and Aba Prefecture. More than 1,000 people from 18 fire and rescue detachments participated in the drill, of which 730 people carried out the assembly and pulling point test in the camp.

The drill simulated a 5.5-magnitude earthquake in a certain place in Sichuan, which caused houses to collapse, some roads, bridges, and electricity were damaged, and people were buried at the scene.

The rescue drill set up more than 20 subjects such as disaster detection quick report, air (land) emergency delivery of troops and materials, and used aircraft to deliver rescue personnel and equipment from Panzhihua to the nearest airport in the disaster area, and then land transportation to the disaster area.
