Henan Provincial Medical Security Bureau and other six departments have jointly issued the "Notice on Further Reducing the Price of Novel Coronavirus Nucleic Acid Testing Items" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), which clarifies the above prices and will be implemented from May 1. .
The "Notice" clarifies that the price of relevant items is the highest guide price for public medical institutions and disease control institutions at all levels, and may not rise, and there is no limit to the reduction.
When public medical institutions and disease control institutions at all levels carry out apheresis of new coronavirus nucleic acid testing specimens, if the price of purchasing amplification reagents exceeds 10 yuan, the price of the project will automatically drop, ensuring that the total cost of testing items and reagents charged to the public should not exceed 24 Yuan/person-time.
The "Notice" also requires that public medical institutions and disease control institutions should effectively regulate the charging behavior, and shall not increase the price of new coronavirus nucleic acid testing services in the name of expedited services; for door-to-door testing, no visiting fees shall be charged.
Nucleic acid testing institutions of all kinds should publicize the project price and other content in a prominent position in the service place, and consciously accept social supervision.
