Can Europe counter the abuses of digital giants and ensure a safer and law-abiding Internet for its citizens?
This is promised by two regulations on which the European Parliament and the Council, where the Member States sit, have just agreed.
Two texts qualified as historic by the European institutions, responsible for supervising and better regulating, in Europe, online content and platforms.
