Before dawn on the 2nd, a woman in her twenties, who seems to be a foreigner, was found lying down on the streets of Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, and died shortly thereafter.

After 2:30 am on the 2nd, there was a 119 call on the streets of Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, saying that a woman was lying down.



When a police officer rushed to the scene, she was taken to the hospital by ambulance, but she died shortly after a woman in her twenties, who seems to be a foreigner, had collapsed unconsciously.
