On April 29, the 4th "Longevity Cup" Wild Vegetable Culture Festival opened in Maojiayu Village, Jizhou District, Tianjin.

At the event, the farmhouses of Maojiayu Village sent out "players" one after another, holding pots and pans to show the unique cooking skills of wild vegetables, such as mint leaves, Kudingcai, Luan tree buds, jasmine buds, dandelion, water shepherd's purse, toon buds, etc. More than ten kinds of local wild vegetables on the mountain have been blanched, steamed, boiled, and fried, and finally made into: "Qinliang Mint", "Colorful Steamed Dumplings", "Four Seasons Fortune", "Reunion", "Chunxiang sultry" ”, “Crispy Lotus Eight Treasures Vegetables”, “Prosperous”, “Golden Dumplings with Mustard Vegetables” and other special wild vegetables and delicacies attracted the praise of the tourists present and scrambled to taste them.
