Singer Ha-min Choi (23), who became a hot topic after appearing in 'High School Rapper', admitted to the trial for sexually harassing a child of the same sex and apologized later.

Previously, Choi Ha-min, who was charged with violating the Sexual Violence Punishment Act at a trial held by the 11th Criminal Division of the Jeonju District Court (Chief Judge Roh Jong-chan), denied the charges, arguing that he was mentally and physically weak, but the prosecution requested a sentence of five years in prison.
Last year, Choi Ha-min was accused of touching a part of the body of a 9-year-old group B near Haeundae, Busan.
It is known that Choi Ha-min is claiming to be 'weak mentally and physically'.
At the trial, Choi Ha-min's lawyer said, "The defendant made a statement about the reason for the crime at the time, saying, 'I touched my ass to eat poop.' . As a mental illness, he took off his clothes and laid down on the street.” He asked for mercy.
Choi Ha-min took the runner-up in Mnet's 'High School Rapper' Season 1 in 2017, and after signing with Just Music, led by Swings, drew attention.
After terminating the contract with Swings, Choi Ha-min was at the center of controversy by posting pictures of gambling or being admitted to a mental hospital.
