From the night of April 25th to 26th, parts of Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region suffered from extreme weather of "white hair wind". The temperature was as low as -13°C, the visibility on the expressway section was less than 5 meters, and the severe weather conditions lasted for more than 10 hours. The road was heavily snowed, causing many passing vehicles to break down and get trapped.
With the help of the local immigration management police, 12 trapped vehicles and 34 people were safely transferred.
