Reporter: What is your main responsibility in Shanghai?

What have you done in the past month?

Ge Minghua: The medical team of Zhejiang Province Aid Shanghai Fangcang shelter hospital consists of 10 medical teams in total, namely Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Zhejiang University School of Medicine The Affiliated Run Run Run Run Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, 5 provincial hospitals lead the medical team, plus one medical team from Hangzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou, and Wenzhou, with a total of 1,555 people, and then a medical technical team was added to form The medical team of Zhejiang Province Aid Shanghai Fangcang shelter hospital.

As the chief team leader (chief president) of the medical team of the Fangcang shelter hospital in Zhejiang Province, I am in charge of the medical treatment work of the Zhejiang medical team in the Fangcang shelter, as well as the medical treatment of the Zhejiang medical team, Huashan Hospital, medical teams from other brother provinces, and logistics support units. Comprehensive coordination between Hong Kong Group and other units.

After arriving in Shanghai on April 1, we have always paid close attention to the construction and layout optimization of the Fangcang shelter hospital, the implementation of various sensory control measures inside and outside the Fangcang shelter hospital, the medical treatment system and process of the Fangcang shelter hospital, and the comprehensive docking with Huashan Hospital. , and establish a communication mechanism with Lingang Group.

Reporter: What is the current situation of the medical team ahead?

Which cabin management modes are summarized?

Ge Minghua: It should be said that the overall work of Shanghai Lingang Fangcai Hospital has been recognized by all parties, and the progress of work has become more standardized and orderly.

At present, the Zhejiang medical team manages a total of 4,796 beds in Shanghai Lingang Fangcai Hospital, of which 800 are beds in sub-designated hospitals. New coronavirus-positive patients with underlying diseases.

Therefore, sub-designated hospitals have heavier diagnosis and treatment tasks than ordinary square cabins.

As of 15:00 on the 28th, the Zhejiang medical team has treated a total of 16,243 patients and discharged 12,703 patients, all of which are very large.

Shortly after the sub-designated hospital opened, a total of 1,220 people have been admitted and 600 people have been discharged. It should be said that our work is still quite good.

In terms of management characteristics, I think the entire Shanghai Lingang Fangcang shelter hospital reflects the characteristics of integrated management, homogenization of diagnosis and treatment, and mutual assistance in treatment.

Under the leadership of Huashan Hospital, our entire management system with our brother Jiangsu team is based on the requirements of Huashan Hospital, and conducts comprehensive and integrated management. Homogeneous implementation.

In terms of mutual assistance in treatment, Huashan Hospital, Zhejiang team, and Jiangsu team are in charge of different cabin areas. However, considering that the medical staff structure of the medical team is definitely not as complete as that of the rear hospital, our three major medical teams and Zhejiang Provincial Medical Team 10 Teams will refer to each other when arranging shifts to ensure that each team, every moment, and every floor has experts in the corresponding field, who can quickly carry out emergency rescue and maximize the safety of patients in the shelter.

It is our two major tasks to fully protect the life safety of patients and the protection and safety of medical staff.

Reporter: How to guarantee the supplies needed by the medical team?

Ge Minghua: There is an old saying that "the troops and horses are not moved, the food and grass go first".

Material security is indeed very important. Material security mainly includes protective materials and living materials.

We have three main guarantees for this work, namely Zhejiang Great Rear, Lingang Group and Huashan Hospital.

Lingang Group and Huashan Hospital are mainly responsible for the protection of some medical equipment and commonly used materials in the cabin.

The rear of Zhejiang mainly guarantees protective equipment such as protective clothing and masks. It should be said that whether it is the rear of Zhejiang, Lingang Group and Huashan Hospital, the guarantee is very powerful.

The protective materials and living materials in the rear of Zhejiang Province are mainly purchased and distributed uniformly by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital on behalf of the province. Basically, a car will come to Shanghai to deliver the materials every day.

As of the 28th, the total distribution of protective materials was about 150,000 pieces, including protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

There are more than 1.2 million pieces of living materials.

Reporter: In addition to medical help, how do medical staff give psychological counseling or care to patients?

Ge Minghua: For patients in Fangcang shelter hospitals, in addition to routine medical treatment, what we do most is psychological help.

We have set up a psychological intervention group for the medical team of the Fangcang shelter hospital in Zhejiang Province. Each of the 10 medical teams has a psychologist and a number of psychological counseling nurses. Therefore, our medical team has at least 10 psychologists and dozens of psychologists. Consult a nurse.

We routinely investigate patients in Fangcang shelter hospitals, and take patients with a history of mental illness as key psychological intervention targets to prevent them from experiencing psychological changes in the Fangcang shelter.

In addition, our doctors and nurses, especially psychiatrists and psychological consultants, will check the entire Fangcang shelter hospital every day to find out whether there are patients with psychological changes.
