One is to set up convenience for the people.
Create a "15-minute nucleic acid service circle", set sampling points reasonably, and make it as convenient for citizens as possible. With the goal of "collecting, collecting and sending, and sending and inspecting" as the goal, optimize "collection, delivery, inspection, and reporting" process.
The second is step-by-step implementation.
It will be promoted in two stages. From now to the beginning of May, more than 200 points will be deployed in the whole region, and priority will be given to the use of sampling points for guaranteeing personnel and resuming work and production.
In the later stage, we mainly focus on the work-housing enterprises and large-scale communities with a certain scale, and encrypt the layout of sampling points.
The third is multiple subjects.
Mobilize public hospitals, private hospitals, third-party institutions, etc., to participate in the construction of sampling sites, and establish an operation management mechanism that focuses on market-oriented operations and underpins public welfare.
