  The meteorological department predicts that on the 27th, there will be showers or thunderstorms in Fujian Province, and some counties (cities, districts) in Nanping, Sanming, Longyan, Ningde, Fuzhou and Quanzhou will have heavy rains, local heavy rains, and 24-hour rainfall of 40-80 mm , the local area can reach 120 mm, and the maximum hourly rainfall is 70 mm.

According to the "Fujian Provincial Emergency Response Plan for Flood Control and Typhoon Prevention", the Fujian Provincial Defense Index decided to start a level IV emergency response for rainstorm prevention at 8:00 on April 27.

The Flood Control Office of Fujian Province requested that all relevant member units and relevant prefectures and cities closely monitor the dynamics of rain conditions, activate emergency response to rainstorms in a timely manner, strengthen organization and command, and do a solid job in defense work.
