Doing sit-ups, although it is essential to have
a 'core' strong enough
to successfully fulfill the very
important anatomical function
that has been entrusted to it, can be quite boring (and even ineffective) if we do not vary the exercises and limit ourselves to the plates and the 'crunches' of a lifetime.
The personal trainer Carola Prato offers us a simple table that, in addition to helping us work out that important part of our body, is much more dynamic and fun than the more 'traditional' proposals.
