Fatima Hafez Mazhar is an Egyptian artist, born in 1943, in Cairo. She is a half-sister to artist Ahmed Mazhar. She graduated from the English Department of the Faculty of Arts, and later joined the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts and excelled in union work.
