  China News Service, Hong Kong, April 26 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong Customs signed a memorandum of understanding with the Japan Cultural Products Overseas Circulation Promotion Agency and the Korea Copyright Overseas Promotion Association on the 26th, promising to strengthen cooperation in combating crimes of intellectual property infringement.
