A well-known Swedish rap artist, who is in his 30s and whose music has millions of currents, is sentenced to 2 years in prison in Skaraborg District Court for having abused his ex-girlfriend on several occasions.
He is convicted, in addition to the assault, of aggravated assault, violent resistance and minor drug offenses.
The district court writes in the judgment that the man "committed the acts with intent".
The crimes must have been committed between the years 2020 and 2022. The rapper was arrested earlier this year and denies the crime.
Convicted later
The rap artist, who is not a resident of Skaraborg, has previously been convicted of several crimes and portrayed a criminal life in his lyrics.
