  Regarding the basic situation of intellectual property criminal cases in the Shanghai stock market, the white paper shows that in 2021, the procuratorial organs in Shanghai will accept a total of 1,826 cases and 4,420 people, a year-on-year increase of 18.8% and 23.7% respectively.

In 2021, a total of 19 cases of intellectual property infringement related to the epidemic will be handled, and the number of cases will be basically the same as last year.

In 2021, a total of 44 criminal cases involving trademark rights of food, edible agricultural products safety, medicines, and medical equipment will be handled through supervision and centralized public prosecution, involving a total amount of more than 19.57 million yuan.

  The third is that the scope of industries involved in the cases has expanded, and the ways of making profits have become increasingly diversified.

With the improvement of Shanghai's urban energy level and the acceleration of industrial iterations, intellectual property crime cases have involved agriculture, manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, information transmission, software and information technology services, education, culture 10 categories, such as sports and entertainment industries, and more than 20 major categories of national economic industries.
