In late April, Gacha County, Shannan City, Tibet ushered in the harvesting season of Cordyceps sinensis.

The Caoshan Mountain in Suonanggou, Anrao Town, Jiacha County, with an altitude of over 4,500 meters, is rich in Jiacha Cordyceps sinensis.

It is reported that Cordyceps sinensis is one of the important sources of income for farmers and herdsmen.

The local diggers also practice "ecological digging". After digging the Cordyceps sinensis, they cover the turf to minimize the damage to the ecology.

In the leisure time at night, farmers and herdsmen who go up the mountain to dig for Cordyceps will also surround a bonfire near the settlement and dance a cheerful Guozhuang dance.
