Actor Lee Jun-young, who debuted as a member of U-Kiss and recently became the main character of Netflix's 'Moral Sense', revealed his mindset as an 'acting idol'.
Today (25th) men's magazine Esquire released a pictorial of Lee Joon-young.
During the pictorial shoot, Lee Jun-young showed a variety of poses using a tall 185 cm height, showing a sense no less than a fashion model.

In the following interview with Esquire, when asked what he thought of the tag 'acting idol' (acting idol), Lee Joon-young answered, "I work harder in acting because I want to protect the tag, not because I want to remove the tag."
Lee Jun-young said, "There are many seniors who are from idol but are building filmography as actors. They say that I was able to enter acting because they paved the way first. It is too grandiose to say that I will succeed in acting, but with such an attitude, I was able to get into acting. I am working on it,” he added.
He expressed his extraordinary affection for his acting, saying, "Idol Lee Jun-young and actor Lee Jun-young are me."

Lee Joon-young said that the time he felt euphoric as an actor was when he heard "He's Lee Joon-young? Aw, that's ridiculous." He said, "It's thrilling to hear that he did a good job. Netflix series 'DP (DP)' is released “I got a lot of feedback like that,” he said.
When asked if there is a role he would like to try in the future, Lee Joon-young said, "I'm curious because I've never played a smart role," saying he wants to take on a professional character such as a doctor or a lawyer.
He also revealed the behind-the-scenes of 'Moral Sense', which he teamed up with Seohyun, a former member of the group Girls' Generation, who is the same 'acting idol senior'.

Lee Jun-young said, "There were a lot of unfamiliar terms and concepts (in the work), but the production team organized the related materials well in advance. Based on that, I discussed a lot with the director and Seohyun." .
Finally, Lee Joon-young said that he is currently filming the movies 'Brave Citizen' and 'The Wilderness' and that he plans to continue his career as an actor.
