[Explanation] On April 22, another high-speed railway with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour in Hubei, the newly built Huanggang-Huangmei high-speed railway (Huang-huang high-speed railway), was officially put into operation, and the old revolutionary area of Dabie Mountain ushered in the "high-speed railway era".

  [Concurrent] Passengers

Because when we traveled in Huangmei before, it was all buses. For example, it took 2 hours to get to Huanggang and 3.5 hours to Wuhan. Now the time is at least doubled.

  passenger

Our expenses can be reduced, and at the same time, it will be more convenient for us. Driving for such a long time is more tiring, and then our time, when we go to Wuhan to Jiujiang, is shortened.

[Explanation] The main line of Huanghuang High-speed Railway is 126.85 kilometers long. The line leads from Huanggang East Station of Wugang Intercity Railway and connects to Huangmei East Station of Anjiu High-speed Railway. The whole line is set up in Huanggang East, Xishui South, Qichun South and Wuxue North , Huangmei East and other 5 stations.

Among them, Xishui South, Qichun South and Wuxue North are newly built stations.

After the opening of the project, the time from Wuhan to Huangmei will be shortened to 1 hour, and to Anqing to 90 minutes. In the future, it will connect Beijing and Hong Kong through the Huang-Huang high-speed railway.

[Explanation] According to Qian Guang, head of the design of the Huang-Huang high-speed railway bridge of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., the Huang-Huang high-speed railway passes through the south of the Dabie Mountains and the north of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The topography and landforms along the line vary greatly and the geological conditions are complex.

[Concurrent period] Qian Guang, head of the design of the Huang-Huang high-speed railway bridge of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.

The Huang-Huang high-speed railway bridge accounts for about 75% of the whole line, mainly spanning three first-level tributaries of the Yangtze River, namely Ba River, Xishui, Qi River, and the first-level tributary Huangmei River of Longgan Lake. The line has several small angles. Crossing expressways and existing Beijing-Kowloon Railway, the bridge types basically cover all bridge types in the construction of high-speed railways.

[Explanation] The relevant person in charge of the Wuhan Bureau of the China Railway introduced that after the Huanghuang high-speed railway was put into operation, the Wuhan railway department dynamically adjusted the train operation plan according to "one map a day".

According to the passenger flow situation, trains will be arranged according to the daily line, weekend line and peak line, and the maximum number of trains of the MMU will be up to 12 in a single day.

On the first day of the opening of the Huanggang-Huangmei high-speed railway, 6 mobile trains are planned.

[Concurrent period] Liu Chunping, Deputy General Manager of Huanghuang High-speed Railway Design of China Railway Fourth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.

The Huanghuang high-speed railway is one of the main channels of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railways in the national "medium and long-term railway network planning", and an important part of the Beijing-Hong Kong (Taiwan) high-speed railway channel and the Wuhan-Hangzhou express railway channel. The layout of the railway network in the economic belt and the improvement of infrastructure conditions along the line, including the implementation of the national targeted poverty alleviation strategy, are of great significance to promoting the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary base in Dabie Mountain.

[Explanation] From the perspective of the medium and long-term railway network layout, Hubei will build a "seven vertical and six horizontal" high-speed railway network to comprehensively improve the quality of railway passages.

The "14th Five-Year" Railway Development Plan of Hubei Province draws a blueprint. By 2025, the total railway mileage in the province will reach about 7,000 kilometers, and the high-speed railway mileage will reach about 3,000 kilometers.
