One question: What is the production situation of spring ploughing?
Jilin Province is an important grain production base in my country.
The reporter learned from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Jilin Province that Jilin Province will ensure that the sown area of grains is above 86 million mu this year.
At present, the main agricultural materials such as seeds and chemical fertilizers are basically in place, the rice seedlings have been planted, the preparation for cultivation in the province has ended, and the spring ploughing production has begun.
Liu Wenguo, deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, said that as of April 22, the province had completed planting 626,000 mu of dry fields, including 376,000 mu of corn, 81,000 mu of wheat and 169,000 mu of potatoes.
In promoting the return of farmers, as of 18:00 on April 22, 279,100 people in the province have returned home.

Zhang Chunda, deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Development and Reform Commission, introduced that up to now, all 500 key industrial enterprises in Jilin Province have resumed work and production, and indicators that reflect economic activity, such as electricity consumption, expressway traffic entering and leaving the province, and tax billing amount, have generally resumed an upward trend.
According to data provided by the Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, as of April 22, the resumption rate of industrial enterprises above designated size in Jilin Province reached 96.3%.
Changchun City and Jilin City, which have been seriously affected by the epidemic, have adopted closed-loop construction and other methods to orderly promote a number of major projects such as Changchun City's rail transit lines and Jilin Chemical Fiber's 150,000 tons of carbon fiber precursor to take the lead in resuming work.

Zhu Shaoxing, deputy director of the Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation, introduced that at present, all 209 expressway toll stations in the province have been opened, and the road network is smooth.
