During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment will cooperate with relevant departments to implement the five-year action requirements for improving the rural living environment, further increase the intensity of rural environmental improvement, promote the integration of production, life and ecology, and help rural revitalization.
By 2025, 80,000 new administrative villages will be renovated, and large areas of black and odorous water in rural areas will be basically eliminated.
